Nutrition calculation - menu labelling

It is mandatory for Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes and similar eateries having Central FSSAI licesne or 10+ outlets to display calorific value, serving size, veg/non-veg logo, allergen information on the menu, display boards, website, etc. Further, a detailed nutrition booklet must be avaialble for the customers at all times.

We provide end to end solution for implmentation of menu labelling requirements at the food outlet. This include calculation of nutrition content, suggetion on placemnt of information in the menu, display boards, buffet cards, etc., assistance in food sample testing, etc.
